What will I receive?

We will ship plant potted in 4" pot. Size may vary due to different variety. some are naturally smaller than others.  Each plant is individually labeled.  

Shipping Cost 

The website system will automatically add shipping, which includes labor, materials, and shipping postage for each order. 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the plant situation, no returns can be accepted.

All plants leave our nursery in good condition. If, however, your plant arrives damaged due to a delay in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that necessary adjustments can be made. After 7 days, we cannot accept any complaints regarding shipping damage or plant death.

If you receive a mislabeled plant, please contact us within three months from the date of receiving the plant. Provide pictures with the original label as evidence. Once we verify that the plant is indeed mislabeled, we will issue store credit equivalent to half of the price you paid, and you can keep the mislabeled plant.

No refund and no refund on shipping cost.  

Before we packed the roses, all the roses were sprayed prophylactically. The white residue on the leaves is normal. According to the California Department of Agriculture requirements, the roses that were shipped to California were watered with Bifenthrin 7.9% Flowable. We inspect each plant carefully before shipping, but because all the plants are growing in a nature environment, when you receive the plant, certain conditions might occur, such as powdery mildew, black spots, or spider mites.

If you are not satisfied with your roses, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving them, and provide detailed pictures. We will address each issue on a case-by-case basis.


Due to the nature of the plant situation, no returns can be accepted.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or deactivate your account, or to permanently close your account. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
