Once your order leaves our care, including:

Unusual or extreme weather conditions after delivery

Improper care, planting, or neglect by the gardener, such as:

Planting during extreme heat, frost, or unsuitable weather

Insufficient sunlight

Poor drainage in the planting area or container

Overwatering or underwatering

Lack of pest or disease prevention/management

Mislabel Note: These bare roots are resold from wholesale supplier. If the supplier mislabels a variety, there is no compensation for mislabeled roses.
Exceptions to Our Refund/Exchange Policy

Plant Arrives Dead

If your bare-root rose arrives dead, you may be eligible for a refund.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 24hrs of receipt.

Wrong Variety Received

If you receive the wrong rose variety, please email clear photos of the plant and its label to us within 24 hrs of receiving your order.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the bare root(s) in their original packaging within 2 days.

We will reimburse the cost of return shipping once the item is received and verified.

Return Instructions
Items returned without prior email approval will not be processed. Once we have reviewed the returned plant, we will notify you of our decision. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method (please allow up to for your bank to process the refund).

What will I receive for potted rose?
We will ship plant potted in 1 gallon pot. Size may vary due to different variety. some are naturally smaller than others. Each plant is individually labeled.
Shipping Cost
The website system will automatically add shipping, which includes labor, materials, and shipping postage for each order.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of the plant situation, no returns can be accepted.
All plants leave our nursery in good condition. If, however, your plant arrives damaged due to a delay in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that necessary adjustments can be made. After 7 days, we cannot accept any complaints regarding shipping damage or plant death.
If you receive a mislabeled plant, please contact us within three months from the date of receiving the plant. Provide pictures with the original label as evidence. Once we verify that the plant is indeed mislabeled, we will issue store credit equivalent to half of the price you paid, and you can keep the mislabeled plant.
No refund and no refund on shipping cost.
Before we packed the roses, all the roses were sprayed prophylactically. The white residue on the leaves is normal. According to the California Department of Agriculture requirements, the roses that were shipped to California were watered with Bifenthrin 7.9% Flowable. We inspect each plant carefully before shipping, but because all the plants are growing in a nature environment, when you receive the plant, certain conditions might occur, such as powdery mildew, black spots, or spider mites.
If you are not satisfied with your roses, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving them, and provide detailed pictures. We will address each issue on a case-by-case basis.
Due to the nature of the plant situation, no returns can be accepted.
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or deactivate your account, or to permanently close your account. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders canceled before shipping or pickup will incur a 10% processing fee to cover transaction and handling costs. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
